Stampin' Up! Creative Escape....Day 1

I haven't been posting as much the past few weeks because I've been so busy getting ready for my next big event...Creative Escape. It's a weekend where we set up for the weekend and scrapbook, craft, sew, relax or do whatever you want. It's just an escape from life for a weekend! I love putting this on for my customers and downline, and spending time with them, and spoiling them with little gifts! 

Here we are setting up and getting ready! Our little home for the weekend. There are two rooms, and we only have 60 people. 

This is definitely a highlight...The candy buffet always makes me happy!

We bring hundreds of stamp sets, all the punches, big shot dies, tools and hundreds of samples to help spur on the creativity!

This was our Friday night class...we made a CUTE card holder and 4 cards using the Letters to Santa paper.

Here are the cards that they made, and the adorable box to keep them in.

I love how you can use the Letters to Santa paper and create your Christmas cards, but also make masculine and a pretty card...all out of one pack of paper!! Then, we also made this cute box:

Friday night we also had a Halloween costume contest. Look at this woman, Ingrid Lutze. She REALLY out did herself!

SHE MADE THAT! And, here's the back:

She cut all those pieces out of foam to match the front....It was amazing.

Here are Kris and Robin....they were awesome too!

Alright...it's a new day, and we have lots more to do!!! I'll check back in tonight or tomorrow and show you what we have been up to!

Last weekend I had my first ever Creative Convention, and it exceeded everyone of my expectations. It was amazing! I can't wait to have my next one. (Dates are still being worked out). Everyone wants me to do one after Leadership, so...we'll see. I'm thinking it's going to be next August. I'll let you know.
