Hello, my dearest stampers and friends!!
After this weekend my life might get back to some semblance of normal...I'm looking forward to that!! Andrew finally graduated! Here we are as a family at his Open House!
we all wore out own Hope shirts in honor of Andrew going to Hope to play Basketball. I had to wear long sleeves because my arms were full of poison ivy!! Which thankfully is almost gone!
Before I jump in...I also would love to show you Andrew's pictures from Prom...here is the blog of his photographer, a family friend of Olivia, but she does an awesome job, and is certainly for hire! She did Olivia's Graduation pictures, and they were awesome!

I decided in this blog post to show you how grateful I was to have my Big Shot, and all my fun papers, dies, and crafting supplies. It made getting ready for Andrew's open house so much more easy and fun! These pictures will show you some ways to use your supplies too, or maybe even give you some ideas of things you might want to purchase so you can use them for ANY event that you have coming up!!! (weddings, showers, parties, open houses and more!)
This was the centerpiece for the main display table. I literally went outside, found a few branches, and then hung his medals, and school photos to it. I also made a small banner with his name on it. Girls can have beautiful flowers, but not so much for a boy...so this is what I came up with.
Here are some shots of the displays.
Of course, I had to have a game or contest there! Winner got a 25.00 Gift Certificate to Olive Garden. Andrew's Girlfriend won, and then she took him to dinner after graduation with the gift card, so that worked out well. : )
I did make a 40 page scrapbook of his highschool basketball years.
We really wanted to honor his teammates over the last 3 years as well...they were such an important part of his success and making him a better player!
These were the center pieces for all the tables. I made 12 of them. Each one had about 18-20 pictures on display. Of course, filled with shredded scraps of cards stock from making his scrapbook! I used Big shot dies to make the "flowers" for the pictures.
These were the smaller ones for the cocktail tables in Hope colors.
This was certainly one of the highlights! We had Arctic Wolf, our local ice cream shop serve icecream all night!
Picking up the many mini basketballs that found their way thrown around. Not the best idea with Carter in the room...he had them everywhere!
See what I mean.....
Thanks for letting me share!! I loved my last weekend...but so grateful it's over. Ready for real life to kick in again! I promise my next post will feature some new stamped cards and projects! I've been busy working with the new stamps and papers!! Before I leave....here is one more shot of me and my little boy....um...I mean my young man....
Thanks for letting me share my life with you...you are SUCH a blessing to me!!
Love,
Ronda

Loved the decorations, and had to laugh when I saw your game!! Can you believe, this is the 1st time I have not entered one of your contests??? It was hard, but I didn't pick up that pen. It really was a beautiful celebration -- you did good my friend!!
Love, Sandi

I stumbled across your blog today, and what did I see? Hope t-shirts! My husband and I both went to Hope, where he played basketball! Good luck to your son, he will love Hope College. And by the way, we have a picture of my husband palming two basketballs MJ style as well! :)
