One of my favorite parts about my business is making the Holiday's so much more fun and enjoyable!!! I love handmaking bits and pieces of it to show people what they mean to me! What I don't like about it is the BUSYNESS! So...that's why I choose to start my Holiday card making right in the middle of the summer!! Won't you join me? My next Christmas card class is on August 16th! Wow your family and friends this year with a handmade touch! They won't know that you had super fun, and just sat back and enjoyed making the cards while I will do the hard work in the designing and cutting. Here are the cards we made this month at my last Christmas card class. I will be doing one EVERY month from now till the end of the year!
Frosty Friends pg 9 in the new seasonal Catalog 128117 11.95
Don't forget to add the glitter!!!!
So glad they kept Christmas lodge in the current catalog! I also love the NEW spritzer tool! That is how I got the more vintage look to it! For the corners, I used the smallest circle punch to get the ticket look.
Midnight Muse color! One of gorgeous new incolors for the next 2 years!
New Star tree stamp: pg 19 of the regular catalog 9.95 126784
New Lacy Brocade Embossing folder 7.95 pg. 6 of the seasonal catalog 127819
I LOVE embossing for the Holiday's makes things beautiful, but it's also sweet and simple!
Did you notice one thing that was prominent in three of the cards! GUMBALL GREEN!!! It's one of our new colors, and it is an AWESOME Christmas color! Everyone who came got an entire bolt of Gumball Green ribbon! Plus they made 16 cards that night!
You won't want to miss the next one! Email me if you are not on my mailing list, and I will add you. email@example.com Mark your calendar for August 16th. It's only 25.00 and it includes a bolt of ribbon, AND all your envelopes!
Lastly, have you seen the look of my new landing page? go to www.rondawade.com and check it out! That way if you are a demonstrator and you want business tips, I will now have a blog dedicated JUST to you! But, if you prefer just the stamping ideas, you can click to access this blog and it will be ONLY stamping and little exerpts from my crazy life! : ) Feel free to visit both as much as you want!
I love how it really captures two of my loves....my faith and the crown. Why the crown? My group name has always been the rubberqueens, so the crown has always been a symbol of my stamping business, but I believe ALL of you are princesses and queens, and we need some part of our life where you can feel like a princess if only for a moment. There are two scripture verses that have made me fall in love with crowns. Isaiah 62:3 "you shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God." Also, James 1:12 "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him." Each time I see a crown, that is what I think of.
Have an awesome weekend! Thanks for stopping by!
